Her work focuses on strengthening leadership capacity, shaping workplace culture, and supporting people-centered practices that improve employee satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

Dr. Storman’s professional experience spans leadership development, organizational strategy, and programmatic design. Her work has supported leaders and organizations as they navigate growth, change, and complexity while building strong, people-centered cultures.

Dr. Storman holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Leadership with a teaching emphasis, a Master of Arts in Postsecondary Education (Student Affairs), and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology.
Dr. Storman is a published author and scholar whose work explores leadership development and organizational culture. She is the Co-Editor and Contributing Author of Sharing the Legacy and Narrative Leadership Experiences of Black Women in Education, a scholarly volume examining leadership experiences in higher education.
Her scholarship informs her practice, blending research, reflection, and real-world application.
In addition to her professional work, Dr. Storman contributes her expertise through board service, community leadership, and engagement with organizations focused on education, leadership development, and community impact. She currently serves as a Board Member for Habitat for Humanity St. Louis, a committee member for Girls Inc., and a proud member and Co-Chair of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
